First off, the mobile app tends to lag quite a bit, which can be especially annoying when I’m trying to make quick trades. I've also found some of the educational resources to be outdated or unclear; it would be great if they had more up-to-date materials for newer traders. Another drawback is that while the variety of assets is decent, I often feel like the selection is limited when I try to trade less popular stocks or cryptocurrencies. Customer service has usually responded in a timely manner, but I wish they provided more comprehensive support for advanced trading questions.
