My Sub-Zero freezer stopped working, and with everything melting and the holidays approaching, I was a bit desperate for a solution. Fortunately, ACME Sub Zero repair company tech Mark was out in an hour or two from me calling and had the problem fixed in half an hour. They were friendly, on-time, and the price seemed fair.
