IF YOU SEARCH THE PALM BEACH CLERK OF COURT WEBSITE, YOU WILL FIND LOTS OF LAW SUITS FILED AGAINST BOB AND HIS COMPANY. Bob McAllister came to my house, gave me 3 proposals for pergolas and I decided on the 12x16 size. WE GAVE HIM A DEPOSIT CHECK FOR $12,876 ON 10/13/2021 OF WHICH HE CASHED ON 10/14/2021, The footers are installed underneath our deck. Originally he told me he would try his best to have it in before Christmas, then it was right before NYE, then it was the second week of JANUARY. He has been unresponsive for the past 2 weeks except when we have told him we are filing a police report. BOB WILL NOT ANSWER OUR CALLS , EMAILS, OR TEXT MESSAGES. HE HAS STOLEN OUR DEPOSIT AND WILL NOT OUR MONEY BACK.
