AIVeda helped us implement AI across both customer support and internal operations in a very practical, business-focused way. The chatbot significantly reduced repetitive support load while maintaining a consistent customer experience, and the internal AI agents improved how quickly our merchandising and supply chain teams could access and act on data. The team was structured, communicative, and transparent throughout the project, and they delivered on time with clear milestones. The only minor gap was in handoff documentation, which could have been more detailed for internal engineering teams.
