There are many reasons why I like this platform, but most especially is their customer service representatives. The first time I funded my account, I made the $5,000 transaction close to midnight. Considering it was midnight, I was skeptical about calling the customer support team. I didn’t think SmartyTrade customer support would answer my call at midnight, but I decided just to call anyway. To my surprise, a representative picked up the call and told me to be patient in a friendly and professional manner. While we were still talking about how deposits could take an hour to reflect, I saw the $5,000 in my trading account. I was so happy and grateful he picked up my call that night.
