Extremely inexperienced and poor builders
Not able to look after large projects and follow a process. They are inexperienced and make a lot of issues. Very quick to panick and as for money as cash I hand to avoid tax. Once challenged can become aggressive. Ruined our house and cost us a fortune to get rectified.
