From the moment I booked my appointment to the time I checked out of Novique...even days that followed, I felt like I was in great hands. What I appreciated most about the team is that they took the time to understand my needs & weren't shy about making "the right" recommendation. During my first visit, I had what was probably the most innovative procedure I've ever had, a GOT facial! It wasn't pretty but it left my skin glowing! I then came back for a more traditional hydrating facial that combined the latest tech & treatments from dermaplaning to LED light therapy. Stefanie was awesome & so knowledgable. She was also able to pivot on the spot taking out some unnecessary steps and addition in others that made sense for my skin type. I love that! The building which Irina & Inna restored is gorgeous & spotless. The team is super knowledgable & the services are the latest in esthetics. Thank you team Novique, I can't wait to return even if it means traveling out of CC Philadelphia XoXo Alya
