I’ve been away from NYC and haven’t been able to use a gift from my husband. I saw my gift certificate was expiring this year and I couldn’t use for an online purchase. I called the spa to see if there was any chance they could help…and they went above and beyond! Geo checked if my favorite candles were in stock, made an exception to mail the gift to me, and helped honor the gift card by phone. Because of his extraordinary hospitality, I will 100% be at Rescue Spa when I’m back home in NYC!
