I lost nearly 10K to this compnay by depositing bitcoin on an exchange platform (Blockchain). My agent Greg (if this is his real name) was always polite and helpful during the recovery process but absolutely unprofessional and confuse. He didn’t do anything to fix the problem. In urgent cases I could not talk to anyone on phone call. There seem to be no one except my agent who run this business, no third parties involving in my case. Absolutely unprofessional!! Do not be fooled by the reviews on Trustpilot that have watered down the authentic 1-star reviews.
