Order execution is smooth, but I noticed minor lag in chart updates during high volatility. It doesn’t affect trades directly, but real-time accuracy is important. Other than that, everything works as expected. Withdrawals take about a day, which is reasonable. However, there’s room for improvement in customer service. Responses are polite but slow, and live chat isn’t always available. If they improve support, it would be an even better platform.
