Do not put your beloved family here
Do not put your beloved family member here. They are under investigation by state agencies for neglect and lack of care. The facility looks beautiful and that it is. Do not be fooled. There is absolutely no care. They do not have doctors involved in care and they have no one that has specific training in memory care. This facility is being run by two kids in their twenties that have no empathy or concept of elder care. Everything is about money. The entire experience has been traumatic for my father who has dementia, and all of us. I had to remove him immediately when I heard they were being investigated and received several calls from DCF. Please please do not put your family here.
