I am an IT guy and bought 2-port DisplayPort KVM Switch to flip between my desktop PC and work laptop with a docking station. Dual monitors and sharing the same keyboard and mouse. I had some resolution issues with my work laptop on the docking station where I would switch back to it and the resolution would go to a brutal 640 x 480. I called the tech support on this and they were simply fantastic. Turned out, I was using a Displayport-DVI converted between the switch and the monitor which was not recommended. Once I used Displayport connectors across the board, everything worked so smoothly. Great switch, great results, great tech support. Would happily recommend them.
