Dr. Shahinfar originally received her D. D. S. degree in Iran. She then received her D.M.D. degree at Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia. She pursued her postdoctoral training and received her specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry at Temple University, where she served as an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Shahinfar is an active staff member at Children’s National Medical Center.
