"The Most 'In-Person' Online Teacher Training School In The World" & Ithaca, NYs Kundalini Yoga Studio We lead online yoga and qigong teacher trainings (200 hour and 300 hour), continuing education for yoga teachers in yin yoga, restorative yoga, kundalini yoga, qigong and much more. Our Mission is to break down the financial and cultural barriers to healing practices, create inclusive and diverse spaces, and provide safe spaces for healing and personal growth. The Vision is to build sustainable and trauma-informed community hubs where members gather to cultivate spiritual wellbeing, be of service and engage in lifelong learning.
