CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system in our body. These interactions are predominantly with the central and peripheral nervous system and have been shown to affect a wide range of human functions, including pain expression and pain management, stress response, energy balance and metabolism, memory, anxiety, immune function, appetite, thermal regulation, and analgesia. A key to using CBD products to treat one or more conditions or ailments, is to get the right amount of CBD to the place in the body where it is needed. There are two key factors involved: 1) the concentration and formulation of the product being taken, and 2) the method of delivery (inhalation, sublingual, oral, topical, and via suppository).
