I am Holly (Oh) Diamond, the Founder & CEO of WorkOnward, the map-based job platform making the world of hourly work, work. I have seen firsthand that a working community is a thriving community. It was my own experience leading my family’s restaurant in NYC in the midst of the pandemic and weeding through the many cumbersome and corporate-centric hiring platforms as I worked to grow our staff that led me to found WorkOnward.
